2025 January Banzuke - Hoshoryu's 2nd Championship

This is the Official Banzuke (roster and ranking of wrestlers) for the January 2025 Grand Sumo Tournament held in Tokyo. 

This tournament was won by Hoshoryu after a 3-way tie playoff on Day 15.  This was his 2nd championship and put in him position to be promoted to Yokozuna (the 74th).   Shishi won his first Juryo championship and was promoted to the top division.

The sole Yokozuna listed on this Banzuke is Terunofuji.

The Ozeki are Kotozakura, Hoshoryu, and Onosato. 

Sekiwake are Wakamotoharu and Daieisho.  

Komusubi are Abi and Wakatakakage.

This Banzuke has NOT been folded.  It will be shipped in a tube so perfect for framing as it is an attractive work of art.  The Banzuke is printed on very thin but firm paper.
