Imported from Japan. These Sumo Trading Cards are based on the November 2025 tournament rankings and were issued January 2026. This is the first series of Sumo Trading Cards for 2026. Each pack contains 6 random cards. The complete set has all 42 top division (Makuuchi) wrestlers, 28 second division (Juryo) wrestlers, 6 Opening Pitch cards, 4 Japan Sumo Association 100th Anniversary cards, 6 Lucky Charm cards, 1 Endo Retirement card, 2 New Jury cards, and 1 Aonishiki First Victory and New Ozeki card for a base set total of 90 cards.
There are also parallel Sparkle/Glitter cards for the 42 top division cards and 14 of the other subset cards. One Sparkle card is included in every pack. A Sparkle card includes the same information as the base cards but with a special sparkle background.
There are also 7 different insert cards. These are special, random inserts of top wrestlers. One group is called Giant Stars including Hoshoryu and Onosato. A second group is called Rising Stars and includes Aonishiki, Hakuoho, Atamifuji, Kusano, and Fujinokawa.
There are also Autographed cards from 14 different wrestlers. One is included randomly across every few boxes (20 packs per box for a total of 120 cards per box). The following wrestlers provided Autographs for this series: Onosato (2 variations), Kotozakura, Aonishiki, Takanosho, Hakuoho, Wakamotoharu, Ura, Shodai, Tobizaru, Fujinokawa, Tomokaze, Mita, and Asanoyama.
Most of the text on the cards is in Japanese, however, the wrestler's English language name is also on the card for those who don't speak Japanese.

As a bonus, we include Ultra Pro clear card sleeves to protect your cards. If you do not wish to receive card sleeves please add the No Sleeves item to your cart.
Empty boxes will be available separately for those who collect boxes or want the card checklist which is on the bottom. This Empty Collector Box is the same box you receive when you order a full box.
Please note that there is at most one special insert or autograph card per box. Not all boxes have special insert/autograph cards. Prior series have had one special insert card per 2 - 4 boxes depending on the series. We are able to determine this based on feedback from the collecting community. Each new series may offer more or fewer. The publisher does not release this information.
